Here is the Brief Job Description for the position of Executive 
Assistant:

Must provide:

• Relevant, seamless and quality Senior executive support services in 
alignment with overall company strategy, i.e. balancing executive 
efficiency and need with executive support costs

• Partner with the company Senior executives, understand business needs, 
and provide value-added administrative services which enable them to 
focus on their core business within given cost parameters

• Consistent resource management through centralized performance and 
career management and skill development

• This position is within Moscow shared Executive Assistants service.

• Strong follow through, proactive, critical thinking

Key responsibilities may include:
  Calendar (coordination + follow up) Conf Call (tracking) Document 
Production (copying, printing, binding, branding, formatting, editing) 
Annual Process (arrangement, doc preparation) Personal Workspace 
(arrange) Research (info in books/newspapers, contacts) Client 
Relationships Distribution List Maintenance (queries, access control) 
Meeting & Event Planning (SPOC with M&E or external companies) Time & 
Expense (copying, receipts, prep, submission) Special Projects (per 
investigation)

Requirements
  Higher Education -  4+ yrs experience in a responsible secretarial 
and/or office related role in a customer-focused environment  Required 
typing skills, and experience of audio and/or dictation  Advance 
knowledge of company standard software (email, Internet Explorer, Word, 
Excel and Power Point)

Professional Skill Requirements
  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Customer 
orientation  Ability to work and in a shared team  Time, workload 
management and organization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize in 
order to meet deadlines  Maturity in dealing with sensitive and 
confidential matters  Ability to analyze/interpret data Ability to be 
flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
