Description (Scope):
IC ChannelљManager leads IC Channel Executive in developing IC
Channels strategies, execution standards & equipments for the whole
Company portfolio as per BP. Ensures consistent approach to brand
related projects in accordance with its priorities. Plays an important
role in relationship withљProduct Marketing and CCH Commercial teams.

Channel management:
1.љљљљљ Identifies IC channel opportunities to increase volume and profit.
2.љљљљљ Provides input in development and leads implementation of
Channel plans for whole portfolio, including: assortment matrixes,
channel strategy, OBPPC, PofSљ and merchandising standards.
3.љљљљљ Ensures that Channel plans, PofS and merchandising standards
forљall categoriesolio are aligned and do not conflict.
4.љљљљљ Providesљcooler planograms and placement strategy in
accordance with BP strategy & based on revenue growth approach
5.љљљљљ Communicates execution standards and guidelines to regions.
6.љљљљљ Provides input into development of National Sales and POP
priorities and calendars
7.љљ љ Develop & Manage IC Channel DME by regions,љmonitors allocation
and spent.

Business information and strategic planning:
љ1.љљљљљ Analyse channel trends, shopper insights, competitive data
and brand/pack performance (incl. distribution& VPO). Provides
information support to CCH senior management.
2.љљљљљ Provides input to SKU rationalization process.
3.љљљљљ Provides input for ABP and LRP.

Communication:
1.љ Liaises with CCHљProduct marketing.
2. Communicates with CCH Regional Marketing and Commercial teams,
Brand Group Managers.
3. Participates in Business reviews, planning sessions and all related meetings.

People development:
1. Develops subordinates and specialists in regions.
2. Provides guidance, support and coaching to Regional Marketing MGRs
and sales teams as related to Channels.

Channels strategies, execution standards & FWST equipment for the
whole Company portfolio as per BP. Ensures consistent approach to
brand related projects in accordance with its priorities. Plays an
important role in relationship withљProduct Trade Marketing and CCH
Commercial teams.
