BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – RETAIL
Based in Moscow for the CIS
OVERVIEW
An ambitious and expanding organization with an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager to drive the development and implementation of 
the sales strategy and maximize revenue growth. As leader of the Sales function major objectives will include identifying and securing sales opportunities with 
national retail organizations.
Ultimately responsible for revenue growth, profitability and customer relationship management. 
• Day to day responsibility for identifying opportunities for revenue growth within new and existing sales channels. 
• Lead strategic sales activity and implement sales programs which support short, medium and long term growth. 
• Maintain ongoing relationship with key business customers. 
• Negotiation of contractual terms to ensure maximum return from commercial agreements.

Candidate Profile:
• Hands on person with energy and motivation to quickly achieve results.
• Significant experience managing high level relationships with leading retail organizations. 
• Able to demonstrate significant revenue growth with an outstanding record of achievement in business to business sales. 
• Experience implementing sales programs and measurable sales targets. 
• Entrepreneurial with natural instinct to exploit sales opportunities. 
• Self motivated and able to work on own initiative. 
• Skilled in commercial negotiation and ability to use persuasion and influence to close sales and achieve profitability
