OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
 
Develop, improve, monitor and ensure compliance processes and procedures in the 
Company 

 
 
Accountabilities:
 
	* Development and implementation of  the procedures and systems to ensure 
compliance of company’s activity to applicable legal and internal 
requirements;   

	* Review and control over compliance of documents presented by the clients, 
consultants and advisors; 

	* timely preparation of necessary compliance reports in accordance with legal 
and internal requirements 

	* Providing timely and accurate advice and guidance to the management/Head of  
Legal regarding identified regulatory requirements in Russian and CIS countries 
and changes in applicable legislation;
	* Development of necessary training material for the staff and conducting 
regular training on compliance/ ethics based on legal and internal requirements
	* Providing advice, guidance to the management/Head Legal Counsel with regards 
to necessary remediation of regulatory issues identified through compliance 
monitoring and performance; undertake and monitor remediate corresponding 
remedial actions 

	* Provide other legal support to Management and Head Legal Counsel on corporate 
and contract related matters .
 
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
 
Successful candidate should possess the following characteristics:
 
o   Law degree with specialization in civil law from leading law schools;
	* 3+ years of  post degree work experience in compliance, preferably in a 
Western company
o   Previous exposure to real estate transactions and experience in consulting 
will be an advantage
o   Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
	* Individual must be mature professional with high level of responsibility and  
initiative,  attention to detail and strong knowledge in compliance requirements
