<LI class=MsoNormal>Development and implementation of the procedures and systems to ensure compliance of company’s activity to applicable legal and internal requirements; </LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>Review and control over compliance of documents presented by the clients, consultants and advisors; </LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>timely preparation of necessary compliance reports in accordance with legal and internal requirements </LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>Providing timely and accurate advice and guidance to the management/Head of Legal regarding identified regulatory requirements in Russian and CIS countries and changes in applicable legislation;</LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>Development of necessary training material for the staff and conducting regular training on compliance/ ethics based on legal and internal requirements</LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>Providing advice, guidance to the management/Head Legal Counsel with regards to necessary remediation of regulatory issues identified through compliance monitoring and performance; undertake and monitor remediate corresponding remedial actions </LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal>Provide other legal support to Management and Head Legal Counsel on corporate and contract related matters .</LI></UL></UL>
