[Aibec-l] Looking for a 1-room flat for rent

Hi all,

a friend of mine is looking for a 1-room flat to rent for a long period of
time (more than 1 year). Furniture and some appliances (such as washing
machine) are desirable. Ideally, the flat should be within a walking
distance (up to 15-20 min) to the metro station. The price range is 25
000-30 000 RUR.

If you know someone who might be interested in letting out his/her flat, I
would very much appreciate if you let me know.
