Honestly, guys, I don't see what is wrong with "personal needs".  I 
believe this distribution list is a huge help for those who wants to 
contact  other Aibec students for whatever reason, including renting  your 
apartment to someone you can trust.
Those who are not interested can simply ignore the message. After all, it 
doesn't flood your inbox, it comes once or twice a week, and you should 
not necessarily open and read it, because the subject it always identified 
in the subject line .

Dear Aleksei and all, I agree with Andrei Chernikov who suggested to post 
ads on flats etc in other appropriate newspapers or boards. In my opinion 
here should be news related to AIBEc and not to settlement of personal 
needs.

minutes by walk); "Botanicheskiy sad"  to let for long period of time. 
 
Total flat space: 38 sq.m. 
Room is 19.6 sq.m, kitchen is 8.5 sq.m. 
 
Room Furniture: bed (160*200); sofa; additional furniture can be bought by 
request.
Kitchen Furniture is present.
Equipment: fridge, TV(14), electric cooker, laundry washer, internet 
access (QWERTY), telephone. 
 
Monthly payment is 25.000rub.
