Position:
Key Accounts Executive
Principal Responsibilities and key activities:
1. Customer Strategy Development (Key Accounts & Buying Groups)
Output: A customer made, appropriate strategic, seasonal business plan. Monitor performance on a continuous basis, which deliver the revenues/ profit, unit sales, value share and instore presence objectives within the customer consistent with the Channel strategy.
Core tasks
Mapping of the customer organisation - specifically:
· Organisation design and decision making process
· Financial structure, results and objectives
· Instore operating processes
· Physical distribution process
· Understand business -, category -, and Channel objectives and strategies/ plans.
· Understand positioning/ target shoppers of the store formula and category roles.
· Understand consumer-shopping behaviour at store formula.
· Analyse customer objectives and strategies on corporate and category level.
· Prioritize the categories to develop per customer.
· Define areas of opportunity/co-operation outside functional sales boundaries.
· Align the customer business strategy and plan with the Company's departments in annual strategy meeting.

2. Business plan Development and Deployment
Output: A seasonal plan consistent with the customer strategy/ action plan to deliver the revenues, unit sales, value share and retail presence objectives within the customer against the lowest possible selling cost.
Core tasks
· Define objectives and strategies/ plans on category level, assortments, introductions, promotions, pricing and replenishment for the respective categories within the customer to achieve the desired objectives.
· Efficient allocation of Account Marketing/ MDF budget in close co-operation with the Marketing department.
· Develop and implement Integrated Account Marketing plans.
· Lead quarterly business review with customers to measure progress against objectives.
· Accurate volume forecast to improve the Company/ retailer profitability.
3. Establish productive Partnerships with customers (Key Accounts & Buying Groups)
Output: Build a trustful and constructive relationship with key customer contacts resulting in setting and achieving mutually agreed business objectives.

· Data based and honest decision making and non-discriminating in our business proposals.
· Openness, fairness, integrity and high frequency in communication with customers.

· FSM, ASM, ESM, ALM

· Providing product feedback through 'Sell-through reports'

Mission:
To deliver sustained competitive advantage for the Company's brand at retail and achieve the revenues -, units -, in store presence and selling cost objectives through Field Accounts and Small Value Accounts as well as Strategic Regional Field Accounts. Putting Company's mission and strategic objectives into real sales, by building and maintaining excellent and effective relationships both with retailers and internal teams and departments.
Key responsibilities:
a.. Develop and maintain strong Account relationships, working effectively with Retail partners to 'know their business' and provide 'first point of contact'.
b.. Demonstrating excellent communication on commitment to the customer
c.. Ensuring an effective flow of product, perform accurate order entry for both Futures orders and daily business orders
d.. Maintaining communication with both internal C.S. Department and Retailer to advise order status inline with Company policy and Retailer requirements
