Hello,
I am Daniela Peana and I work in Amway as a Human Resources Recruitment & 
Development Specialist Europe.
I would like to have a contact with your Business School and with the 
Carrer Service in order to create a partnership between our company and 
your school.
In this moment I am starting to recruit some persons, from University and 
Business School, interested to join our company.
You can find a presentation of our company in the attacchment.
We are organizing a traineeship program for high potential with an 
interesting background in studies and some working experience (2/ 3 
years).
This is an international program, it lasts 18 months and the persons we 
are looking for will work in all the functional departments of the company 
(marketing, finance, sales...) in different countries. At the end of the 
program the final position will be in the sales department of one of the 
European countries.
So, I ask you, if it is possible, to have the CV of some persons who are 
really interested in some kind of international program. We hire the 
candidates who will choose in September, which is the starting date of the 
program.

- Is it so to say a development program, and the successful applicants will be required to work in different departments for some time? 
   After our recruiting process which is formed by several steps (interview, assessment center, test) we will hire some persons. These persons will start a traineeship program and 
   at the end of 18 mounths all of them will have a professional position in the sales Department. During these 18 mounths they will work in different department in some of the 
   European country, in order to know the organization and all the functions of the company. 

 - What are the requirements for the candidates? 
   We would like to be in touch with candidates with a business and economics background and some work experience, with a perfect knowledge of the English language. They 
   should be available to move around Europe during the traineeship period. Of course, the candidates should be motivated to work in a sales department. It means that a good 
   relationship with people, active listening, good communication, team work orienteering, are important personal feautures we are looking for. 

  - Is it a paid program and what is the approximate compensation? 
    We will hire the candidates from the beginning of the program. 

  - What is the selection process? Will there be an interview? 
    The first step is an individual interview and then an assessment center. 

  - Where exactly will the professionals work? Is there your office anywhere in Russia? 
     We have an office in Russia and it represents an important area of development for our company. So we are looking candidates also for Russia. 
     Amway is a direct selling company. So people in the sales department will analyze the business, looking for new opportunity, and will work with our selling organization, 
    formed by Independent Business Owners. 

  - Is there any deadline for sending our students' CVs to you? 
    The program will start in September but I would like to start the recruiting by now.
