      Education, experience and skills requirements:

        a.. Higher education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, sciences or
Engineering.
        b.. Professional qualification (ACCA, CIA, CIMA, CISA) would be an
advantage.
        a.. 1-3 years experience working in a public accounting firm or the
private sector in one or more of the following areas: audit, internal audit,
Sarbanes-Oxley 404 work, internal controls, enterprise-wide risk management,
corporate governance, process improvement, general consulting.
        b.. Russian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral
and written)

      Soft skills:

        a.. Proven project management/people management skills,
        b.. Ability to operate in multitask environment,

      Education, experience and skills requirements:

      -          managing 2 or 3 subordinates on the projects.

        a.. 1-2 years+ experience in international consulting company with
exposure onto business organization/optimization/change projects is a plus
        b.. Experience in working with various environments in Russian and
international companies.
        c.. Training in organization and business processes re-engineering,
Balance Score Card (BSC)
        d.. Certificates or Diplomas in Finance or Logistics areas is a plus
        e.. Formal certificates or training in one of the process modeling
languages: IDEF0, BPML, ARIS
        f.. Six-Sigma training is a plus
        g.. Russian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral

      General Description:

        a.. Deliver quality service to a variety of top-tier Consumer
Industrial Products and Service clients
        b.. Develop work plans and project approaches in the financial audit
context and/or consulting world,
        c.. Analyze state of the art client server systems and
multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the
vulnerability's of these systems to our clients,
        d.. Take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of
a client's operations utilizing ABAS practice methodology (risk
assessment/planning/"review by interview"/ analytical procedures/focused
reviews of information systems)

        f.. Supervise, coaching, developing and leading teams and individual

      Education, experience and skills requirements:

        a.. Bachelor's Degree
        b.. CPA and/or CISA preferred
        c.. MBA desirable
        d.. 3 to 6 years of external and/or internal IT audit background,
compliance experience
        e.. Ideally 3+ years systems assurance experience with a "Big 4"
firm or IT internal audit experience
        f.. Solid working knowledge and understanding of SAS 70 reviews,
compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal
controls
