preparation)
      General Description:

        a.. Managing/ participation in due diligence projects
        b.. Supervision of a team of 2-10 staff
        c.. Preparation of due diligence reports in English and in Russian
        d.. Co-ordination of working in cross line-of-service teams
        e.. Managing client relations

      Education, experience and skills requirements:

        a.. University degree, including economics/ finance/ accounting
background
        b.. ACCA/CPA or a similar qualification is an advantage
        c.. 3-7 years of experience in transaction support/ audit/
accounting or a relevant financial position
        d.. Russian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral
and written)

      Soft skills:

        a.. Proven project management/people management skills,
        b.. Ability to operate in multitask environment,
        c.. Strong presentation skills,
        d.. Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines,
        e.. Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad),
        f.. Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English)

        d.. KPIs and performance management

      Education, experience and skills requirements:

        a.. University Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting or similar;
MBA is a plus
        b.. At least 3-5 years of consulting and/or industry experience in
the following fields: Budgeting; Management Reporting; KPIs; Cost Reduction;
Business Processes Optimization is a plus;
        c.. Preferably previous experience in Industries such as
Metals/Industrial/Chemicals/Telco;
        d.. Russian - native/fluent,  English - advanced/fluent (both oral
and written)
