position in payroll & accounting outsourcing in Russia is looking for an
experienced and motivated individual with a proven professional track record
to fill the position of Client Development Manager which will play an
important role in the Company's sales & customer service function.

Main responsibilities:
-Establishing and maintaining direct contacts with the decision-makers of
existing and prospective clients.
-Provide them with comprehensive information about the full range of the
Company's services (including presentations, set-up consultations,
post-sales support, etc.).
-Prepare formal proposals and lead the negotiation process with the assigned
pool of prospects.
-Prepare detailed service agreements for new clients.

Requirements:
-University degree (preferably in economics or engineering)
-Experience in sales of professional services (consulting, auditing, legal,
processing, etc.) is a must
-Fluent English (both verbal and written) is a must
-Practical knowledge of Russian accounting & taxation would be a major
advantage
-Strong communication and analytical skills, behavioral flexibility, ability
to concentrate on a big picture without omitting meaningful details,
willingness to learn the specifics of a new subject area if previously not
handled
