Oleg Shvyrkov Phd of a top analyst at Standard and Poors will discuss Standard
and Poors rating system and Corporate Governance in Russia. Oleg has come
to AIBEc the last couple of years and was very popular with

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2) On Friday April 25th at 7pm there will be two
very interesting guest speakers. Irina Savina will discuss Performance
Management with the Cognos Performance Management System.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Tobias Reisner the president of Antor will discuss
the latest IT techniques for improving transport and logistic systems. This will
be a very interesting presentation that will demonstate the use of these
technologies in Russia.</FONT></DIV>
