Care, which operates dental clinics in Russia and Azerbaijan, and of its
consulting arm, which has been involved both in the development of medical and
dental clinics throughout the CIS and Eastern Europe and in the distribution of
dental and medical equipment and supplies throughout Russia.<SPAN

Real Estate, owner and developer of the master Century 21 master franchise for

w:st="on">Ukraine</st1:State> and <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Kazakhstan</st1:place></st1:State>.<SPAN

restaurants, master licensee and developer of the popular French café concept in
