The candidate should fulfil following criteria :</DIV> <DIV>1. Holding a higher degree in relevant field (preferably in social or political science, development studies)</DIV> <DIV>2. Native Russian speaker with an
excellent command of both written and spoken English</DIV> <DIV>3. Good knowledge of Programme Cycle Management (PCM) or experience in project management</DIV> <DIV>4. Demonstrate 5 years relevant professional experience in development and/or humanitarian aid sector/INGOs/NGOs </DIV> <DIV>5.
