<DIV><STRONG>Consultants for a World Bank funded project researching the
financial impact of Russian Federation accession to the Revised Kyoto Convention
(an international convention specifying "best practices" for customs procedures)
require one or two assistants to help economists collect and correlate data for
the study. Work will commence the week of 4 April and continue until
approximately 20 May and require at least 20 hours of time per week.
Compensation will be $7 USD/ hour (gross). Applicants must demonstrate
strong analytical ability and be fluent in English. Applicants with prior
economic analysis experience and/or experience regarding Russian Customs will be
