Dear colleagues,
There is 1-room apartment for long lease.
The square is 60 m2. It is situated within 12 min of walking from ‘Novokosino’ underground station.
The flat has just been renovated, there is a washing machine, fridge and basic set of furniture.
Additional furniture may be bought at landlord’s expense, it is negotiable.
The house is brand new, monolith + brick technology. There is a concierge on the premises 24 hours a day. 
No land line phone, there is an Ethernet-socket for Internet.
There is a kindergarten and big playground in the yard of the house. 
There are Reutov city park and Auchan store within walking distance (~5 min).
If needed, we are ready to consider the living of the married couple with kid (4-5+ years old).

Could you do a big favour for me?

I am to send an announcement about the flat to rent into AIBEC's e-mail subscription on the coming week.
This flat belongs to me. I bought it for my spouse Irina so that she can live from lease when she retires.
