Presentation of the latest IMF Regional Economic Outlook report on Middle East and Central Asia
The latest IMF Regional Economic Outlook report on Middle East and Central Asia will be presented in the Eurasian Economic Commission on November 10th.

The presentation titled “The Caucasus and Central Asia (CCA): Economic Prospects and Policy Choices” is to be delivered by Mr. Juha Kähkönen, Deputy Director of the IMF’s Middle East and Central Asia Department.

The presentation will have the following focus:

· Update on the near-term outlooks for the eight CCA countries and the impact of Russia-Ukraine relations on the economies of the region.

· Medium-term economic prospects for the countries of the region.

· Analysis of the current and prospective policy actions, and strategic choices for the countries of the region.

The venue: Moscow, 3/5 Smolenskiy blv., conference hall (4th floor, room #408). Presentation begins at 11am.
