industry is looking for the candidates for the position of


PROPOSAL MANAGER (Business Development Manager)

Main responsibilities:
·         Manage and develop relationships with Customers
·         Analyse the specific technical needs of the customer
·         Submit offers of technical solutions
·         Develop, propose and implement bidding strategies and technical
solutions

·         Develop technical and economic offers
·         Develop multi-years energy service contracts
Background:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience

Work experience:
Min. 3 year previous experience in a technical field

Office data processing knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Shall be preferred the knowledge of plant modelling Software
(Thermoflow/Gatecycle)

Foreign languages:
Good command of English is a must.

Personal skills:
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
Aptitude for problem solving, decision-making capacity, flexibility,
determination, proactivity and leadership.

Other:
Readiness for business trips.
