(1) We are looking for several strong (top) names in the corporate banking area 
covering various industries oil and gas, metals, consumer, energy, FMCG, etc. 
People to come from top positions in the banks like EBRD, Citi, Alfa, ING, Bank 
of Moscow, Gasprombank, Uralsib, Rencap, etc.
 
(Corporate banking - financing and crediting of major russian and western 
companies, corporate banking services provided to diff companies - bank 
accounts, payroll services, debt financing, deposit schemes, major client 
relationship etc)
Important - not corporate finance , BUT corporate banking.
Compensation $1mln+/year
 
(2) Also looking for a top solid person to develop regional branch network for 
the same bank (very competitive (generous) compensation package as well)

(3)  Needed a solid corp finance specialist, ie investment banker to work in an 
equity fund in Kiev (either local or russian)

* максимально быстрый и качественный поиск кандидатов на топовые позиции в любые 
индустрии
* 25% от годовой гарантированной кэш компенсации (никаких 30 и 33%, как обычно 
для топов)
* не нужна предоплата - success fee. (либо минимальная предоплата на сложные 
кейсы ~ 10 000 долларов)
* представление резюме кандидатов непосредственно после первого контакта
* максимальная гибкость и понимание запроса клиента, т.к. владельцы бизнеса - 
бывшие сотрудники инвест банков и executive search, которые искали для инвест 
банков. 
* БОЛЬШОЙ пул качественных кандидатов.
* компания - это ПБОЮЛ - т.е. не начисляется НДС на итоговую сумму. НДС-free fee
 
из практики - топовые позиции закрываются за максимум 1-1.5 месяца. Иногда 
быстрее, все зависит от графика интервью со стороны клиента
