Inchcape Russia is looking for an Analyst into Strategy Department.

Position: Analyst in Strategy Department
 
Reporting line: Strategy Director
 
Role: ideal candidate would assume dual role of (1) supporting existing strategic initiatives by collecting / analyzing wide range of data and coming up with specific set of recommendations as well as (2) driving some of high priority company wide initiatives
 
Responsibilities:
        Support development of company long / medium term strategy preparation
        Be key player in facilitating company performance management cycle
        Play critical role in identification and project management of key strategic initiatives
        Ensure monitoring of market dynamics and competitive environment; prepare detailed analysis and come up with specific “so what” recommendations
        Develop excellent working relationships with heads of functional / business units departments
 
Profile:
        Higher education from the Russia leading academic institution
        Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with leading Russian or multinational company
        Self-starter, strong personality with leadership skills
        Ability to work with management on all levels of the organization
        Ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines
        Strong communication and presentation skills
        Language: fluent in English
        International experience is a plus
