For those who attended a course 'Business psychology' of Ekaterina Mikhailova: the books of Irvin D. Yalom highly recommended by Ekaterina in classes now are published in Russia by Eksmo-Press: http://www.labirint.ru/search/?txt=%DF%EB%EE%EC

Currently I am reading 'The Schopenhauer Cure' about group dynamics and can say it is worth reading.
