      The AIBEc administration officially announces the beginning of the
      registration procedures for the Spring semester 2010.

      The AIBEc's Spring Semester begins on January 18, 2010. Enclosed
      please find the Registration Form for Spring 2010.

      If you need additional information on the schedule, course
      instructors, outlines, materials, and any other information, please
      feel free to contact Lilia Neyman and Anastasia Potekhina at the
      AIBEc's office at (495) 662 3685.
