There is 2-room flat to let for long period of time. Flat is situated nearby underground station 'Ryazansky prospect' (~6 minutes by walk).

Total flat space: 51 sq.m.
Two rooms have space of 15 and 10 sq.m, kitchen is 8 sq.m.
There is a nice hall inside this flat (also 8 sq.m).

There is a furniture, fridge, electric cooker, curtains and carpets.
Internet access (AKADO) is present.

Entrance in the house has good renovated hall and concierge. Code lock is present.

1100$ per month + payment of communal services bills
(total bills sum' equals approx 2000 RUR, depends on electricity consumption).

Expectations from tenant:
- rent for long period of time (at least 1 year),
- we will be happy if it is a family (it is OK if there is a child or children ;)
- no animals, no smoking please.
- cleanliness,
- work for employer with sound brand or AIBEC student is a plus ;)
- rent fee revision each 3 months by jointly looking at normative criteria -- average rent ticker publicly available at http://arenda.miel.ru/
