[Aibec-l] THE MBA Tour -- Jan 24

Dear AIBEcers,

 

This coming Saturday, January 24, at 13:00 at the Holiday Inn, 74
Suschevskey Val, THE MBA Tour will be coming to Moscow for the first time.
(Do not confuse this with the massive event that comes to Moscow every year
called the World MBA Tour.)  This is a small event in which several small
groups of 8-10 selected students meet in consecutive round-table discussions
with representatives of 6 Western business schools: Cranfield, EBS, ESADE,
IE, VLERICK, & DUKE.  On the next morning representatives of Cranfield and
Duke will be at Pericles to meet individually with persons at the session on
the 24th who want to have individual meetings.

 

I highly recommend this event for anyone who is planning to take an MBA
abroad after finishing courses at AIBEc.  Even if you aren't particularly
focusing on the schools that are coming to the event, this is a good chance
to really get to understand the admissions process and get inside
information from admissions directors, as well as a chance to evaluate the
comparative features of various B-schools.

 

Although THE MBA Tour is very popular within the US, the event is only
beginning to expand outside the US, and this is the first time that this
event has been held in Moscow.  There is no guarantee that the event will be
held again next year if you miss next Saturday.
