Requirements: Ability to speak and write in reasonable English and perfect
Russian (there will be a team of at least 2 people, and between them, there
should be a competent English speaker) Reports will be written in both
languages. French language skill is not a requirement.

 

Q-tec has been impressed with the quality of AIBEc training, and would like
to work with 2 to 3 students or alumni on this project. 

 

Task: 

1. Assist in developing a scope of work for a market analysis that will show
the components of success for current PRCs worldwide. Implement the SOW. It
is expected that the participants will eventually contact five or six PRC
located in Europe and the US to determine membership and pricing policies,
main attractions to the clubs, types of facilities and services offered, and
such information that will assist the developer in determining the type and
size of facilities to construct.

Write report and present a report to Q-tec management.

 

2. Additionally, after the initial analysis, it may be desirable to continue
development of a concrete marketing plan for pre-sale of memberships. 

 

Compensation: Depending on motivation and capabilities. The timeline from
beginning to end of the 1st stage will be about 12-14 calendar days.
Expected completion date of part 1, before September 23, 2009. Presentation
immediately upon completion.
