SUBSIDIARY OF A  WESTERN TRADING COMPANY   IS LOOKING FOR THE CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION OF CHEEF ACCOUNTAN and 
SALES MANAGER 

CHEEF ACCOUNTANT JOB  DESCRIPTION
 

MAIN TASKS

 

  a.. Monthly reporting 
    a.. Closing of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting 
    b.. Presentation of results in Corporate package 
    c.. Supplemental reporting as required by Corporate
  b.. Creation & Management of accounting department ( 2 pers.) 
    a.. Supervision of daily operations 
    b.. Maintenance of Balance Sheet in proper order, with good control on receivables, payables and other accounts
  c.. Support 
    a.. Close support for in-country Commercial Manager and his team 
    b.. Validation of commercial forecasts
  d.. Statutory and Regulatory Reporting 
    a.. Completion of in-country VAT, tax and statistical reporting 
    b.. Liaison with in-country professional advisors to aid in above 
    c.. Company representative for all financial/fiscal inspections and audits
  e.. Business Plan and Forecasts 
    a.. Preparation of the Plan for the annual planning cycle (June - Oct) 
    b.. Monthly forecasting of Profit & Loss, Working Capital, Cash and Other
  f.. Various as required
 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  a.. University Degree 
  b.. At least 2-3   year's relevant professional experience 
  c.. Appropriate knowledge of local and International Accounting Standards 
  d.. Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
  e.. Experience of using an ERP system and a report generator 
  f.. Knowledge of Hyperion an advantage 
  g.. Fluent spoken and written English 
  h.. Strong communication skills 
  i.. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  g.. Readness to travel within the country and abroad
