Dear AIBEcers,

 

 

 
The AIBEc administration informs you that the NEW FINANCIAL POLICY at AIBEc will apply effective December 1, 2008.
 

 

1.      The COST OF STUDY for the Spring Semester of 2009 will be pegged              

        to the Bank of Russia's two-currency basket units (BU) as of the date of payment. 

        The BU consists of 55 US cents and 45 Eurocents.

 

As of December 1, 2008 the regular cost of study 

(for students who successfully passed the entrance exam) 

will be set at 720 BU per course (that is equivalent 

to the former 22,000 rubles per course 

at the   average fall 2008 rate of 30.55 rubles per BU). 

 

2.      Tuition must be paid in full before or at the beginning of studies.

 

3.      Any deferred payments shall be granted at the ultimate discretion               

        of the AIBEc Director. Should it be allowed, interest and/or additional fees 

        will be charged on deferred payments. 

 

4.      In case of a failure or an incomplete in a course, students can retake    

        the same course during the next semester when the course is offered        

        at a discount rate of 250 BU.
