    I'm looking for recommendations on possible sales channels for tape 
measures and hand tools in Russia. I'd really appreciate any 
comments/contacts related to tape measures, hand tools and Spirit Levels. 
I'd be interested to talk to importers, dealers, resellers, retailers 
engaged in "do it yourself" and construction business.
