at 10am at AIBEc Dimitry Toulin (see below) a former deputy governor iof the 
CB will talk about The Russian Banking System.

>    Dr. Dmitry Toulin, Ph.D. is a Partner with Deloitte CIS. Prior to that 
> he served as the Deputy Governor and Member of the Board of Directors for 
> the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Before that he was a Senior 
> Advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and also 
> held positions as the Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of the Bank 
> for Foreign Trade (Moscow), Executive Director at International Monetary 
> Fund, as well as other important posts. Graduate of the Moscow Financial 
> Institute, he earned his Ph.D. at the Institute of Economics and Finance. 
> He has dozens of publications in Russian professional banking journals 
> (such as “Money and Credit”, “Analytical Banking Journal”, etc.), as well 
> as occasional publications in other Russian and foreign editions
