[Aibec-l] Info from Pericles--Help us find a Night Desk Assistant!

Pericles promoted our night desk assistant, Inna Lipkina, some time ago but
we are still seeking a replacement for her old job before she can move to
her new one.  Please help us and help poor Inna move to her new position by
telling your friends or relatives about this position!  

The job is from 2pm to approx 10:30pm 4 days a week and Saturdays in the
daytime.  Male or female, any age or place of registration is OK.  Must
speak Russian and reasonably good English.  

This is a good entry level position for a student or recent graduate, and
great for someone trying to build their English skills and eventually take a
graduate degree in the West because people in this position learn a lot
about graduate education, especially in law or business, and a perk of the
job is the ability to take courses for free.  

The job consists of answering phone and email inquiries, dealing with
students' questions, registering library books and checkouts, assisting
professors, xeroxing, scanning, using various computer functions, entering
data into various databases and closing the school at night.  

We are looking for someone who is, above all, smart, honest, outgoing and
willing to learn and fit into a quality oriented, friendly, Western style
working environment.
