POSITION OPENING
 

Finance Department has immediate opening for the New Position
Senior Business Analyst

In this position a person will be responsible for:
-         Provide BA support to the assigned Big B's.

-         Monthly business review with the CBL's. 

-         Provide support to 3M's initiatives.

-         Assist in the OP process.

-         Provide accurate estimates on an adhoc basis.

-         Use of BA tools like BP Charts, Financial Model and other simulation tools.

 

The successful candidate should possess:
-         A professional qualification (CIMA / CMA or equivalent)

-         Sound Accounting knowledge and computer skills necessary (Excel, PowerPoint).

-         Ability to read Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow.

-         Knowledge of Key Financial Indicators.

-         Ability to monitor results, report gaps and identify trends.

-         Ability to organize, drive and execute a business planning process.

-         Ability to communicate key financial information & provide training to non-financial individuals

-         Previous work experience in a similar job as a Business Analyst .

-         Fluent in English language.

-         Experienced in :

-Reporting on business/company results.

-Budgets.

-Use of Accounting Package.



The person will work with Finance Manager.
