Controller / Head of Finance to German production start up company (salary 6000-8000$) 
The main functions of the Controller / Head of Finance will be: · 
Statutory and IFRS bookkeeping, monthly books closing / in coordination with CA 
Monthly financial reporting to Europe and Shareholders 
Quarterly Balance Sheet review 
Budget preparation and control over budget compliance 
Costing, Cost control and analysis. 
Development of controlling, analytical and budgeting procedures. 
Development of profit centers accounting system. 
Business process optimization. 
Management of the Accounting and IT Function 
Overseeing the implementation of 1S system 
Reporting to the CEO 

The ideal candidate will have worked at least 5 years in a controlling function at a production business. A good understanding of the financial reporting process as well as international accounting standards is required. SAP knowledge would be a plus. The candidate needs to have a very good understanding of international accounting standards including the reporting process to head quarter. Strong analytical but also communication skills are required. The person needs to speak English. Economics education is required.
