Brand Manager

Purpose: To maximize brand contribution and improve the overall value of the
company's local and international trademarks.

Principal Accountabilities:

·      Develop brand strategies to achieve brand volume, segment and market
share targets;

·      Prepare and gain approval of annual brand plans supported by brand
communication, promotional programs and expenditures budgets;

·      Set the overall vision of the brand on a local basis via trade
marketing and International brand management to implement global activities
on a local basis;

·      Establish and control brand standards in the following areas:
product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications;

·      Manage all aspects of brand communication;

·      Identify, gain approval and manage new brand development projects;

·      Identify long term vision of overall business development.

·      Manage and develop reporting team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

·      3-4 years experience in FMCG multinational company with a strong
marketing and sales oriented exposure, having been trained and gained
practical experience in all the elements of the marketing mix;

·       University degree;

·       Postgraduate education is a plus;

·       Fluent English/ Knowledge of Russian;

·       Mature PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.);

·       Market research literacy;

·       Good communication and presentation skills;

·       Interpersonal skills;

·        Product knowledge.
