Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

∙ Contact Distributors and Reseller and focus on increasing Service Attachment Rates and Contract renewals, educating them on products and services, informing them about the quoting, ordering, registration and renewal processes, as well as contracts, promotions, web site, etc
∙ To educate Distributors and Resellers on the renewal process and the advantages of utilizing web site for contract management, promotions, and how they can increase their revenue through increased service penetration rates and premium and multi-year contract options.
∙ Communicate and issue notification of renewals through email and/or phone, addressing End-user Customers, as well as Resellers and Distributors
∙ Increase the focus on up selling and relationship building with Distributors and Resellers.
∙ Analyse the company▓s product Point of Sale (POS) data to identify and pursue Service sales opportunities as well as Distributor and Reseller fulfillment of their contractual and program compliance, in order to maximize Service attachment optimization and Customer Satisfaction.
∙ Contact Distributors to establish an accurate understanding of the business being sold each week month & quarter for each geography.

Candidate Profile:

∙ 1-2 years telephone sales experience
∙ Sales skills - Ability to create urgency, overcome objections, "consultative selling", appropriate escalation.
∙ Systems skills √ The ability to toggle between multiple applications, Excel skills, comfortable using windows applications
∙ Communication skills -Professional written and oral communication skills (phone and email) in both English and another specified language
∙ Customer service skills 
∙ Professional telephone manner.
∙ Good keyboard skills.
∙ Excellent communication skills, Ability to prioritize
∙ Outgoing/enthusiastic
