HR Director



Nival Interactive is seeking an HR Director



Requirements:

  a.. Recruiting:

∙ Will be responsible for screening, interviewing, scheduling, planning
travel arrangements, conducting reference and employment verification
checks, and referring applicants for positions of all levels in all
departments;

∙ Works with hiring manager to gain understanding of the open positions,
creates job descriptions;

∙ Responsible for posting positions internally and/or externally;

∙ Manage the analysis of jobs. Develop and maintain accurate and current job
descriptions for all positions.



  a.. General:
∙ Manage all employment activities to ensure that new employees are properly
oriented to the organization; that all required employment documents are
completed in accordance with policy and employment regulations; that
employees are placed on the active payroll and enrolled in benefit programs
in a timely fashion;

∙ Compliance with RU regulations;

∙ Identify training and development needs;

∙ Implement appropriate performance appraisal systems and coordinate the
review process;

∙ Provide advice and counsel to managers concerning employee relations,
hiring, progressive discipline, termination, promotion and other human
resource actions.



  a.. Record Keeping:

∙ Monitor turnover and absenteeism rates;

∙ Manage attendance records; track all attendance for employees including
vacation, personal, sick, etc.;

∙ Manage personnel records including hiring and termination tracking.



  a.. Other duties as needed Requirements:
 ∙ Fluent in English & Russian;

∙ 5+ years HR experience;

∙ 2 + years recruiting experience recruiting experience in a software
environment, preferably in game/entertainment industry;

∙ Recruiting background with major emphasis on low cost per hire and
creative sourcing techniques is important;

∙ Must be able to work in a high paced environment and have the ability to
think and recruit out-of-the box;

∙ Flexibility, strong follow-through;

∙ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

∙ Strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills.



Region: Moscow.

Wage based on experience and qualifications (starting from 3000 USD).



Finance Controller



Nival Interactive is seeking a Finance Controller



Requirements:



  a.. Residence in Moscow, Moscow Region or ability to relocate here;
  b.. University Degree (Higher education);
  c.. Minimum 4 years work experience.
  d.. Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  e.. Prior experience with IT, publishing or service companies;
  f.. Fluent English and knowledge of U.S. tax legislation is preferred as
well as audit experience for any of the Big Four accounting companies. ACCA
& CPA certifications also desired.
Job Description:



  a.. Accounting;
  b.. Transferring Russian & Cypriot accounts to meet US GAAP accounting
standards;
  c.. Report consolidation;
  d.. Development of internal accounting policies and methods;
  e.. Preparation of financial reports.
