JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Account Manager
REPORTS TO: Sales Director

POSITION OBJECTIVE
To build the successful strategic partnerships with defined accounts
Key Responsibilities
1.. Create successful relations with decision makers and owners of the
account
2.. Constantly monitor the retail sector to help business stay
competitive.
3.. Understand the financial, operations, finance and marketing background
of the partnership terms in order to achieve the most profitable deal
results
4.. Plan strategic actions for accounts to deliver the sales targets
5.. Prepare the value propositions using the teamwork principle and input
of all departments
6.. Maintain the relations with stores trough regular meetings
7.. Constantly use the sales reporting system and update on time the
account files.
JOB HOLDER PROFILE
a) Education: Higher education preferred.
b) Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience in managing accounts
( banking retail preferred )
Retail industry experience either in sales, operations or commercial areas
Proved record of successful deals negotiations
c) Specific Knowledge: MS Office advanced user
Driving license
d) Languages: native Russian ,
basic English
