investment bank Renaissance Capital. Currently in Top 50 consumer finance
banks in Russia, will enter Top 20 by the year's end. Key products:
instalment loans / sales finance, general purpose loans, autolending and
credit/co-brand card products, launching mortgages in Q1 2006



Position



Business Development Manager - Credit/Co-brand Cards

(Reporting to Head of Co-brand Cards)



Key requirements



-         First-hand knowledge and experience of credit cards (product
design/functionality, marketing, operations, economics) - in Russia and/or
abroad

-         Understanding of co-branded and private label cards

-         Ability to conduct and manage financial modelling, market
research, business planning, presentation skills, partner
negotiations/agreements/relationships

-         Knowledge of debit cards, pre-paid cards and other plastic forms
of payment is a plus

-         Initiative, pro-activity in offering ideas and solutions

-         Focus on results

-         Ability to effectively operate in a cross-functional / matrix
environment

-         Fluent Russian and English



Other positions available



-         Market Research Analyst (focus on Russian plastic card market and
competitor analysis - especially co-brand cards, international best
practices, innovation, etc.) - this position is also available on
part-time/summer job basis

-         Head of Financial Analysis and Planning - Credit/Co-branded Cards
(financial modelling, business case development, planning and forecasting,
programme performance monitoring/analysis)



Remuneration



Package - very competitive, total remuneration depends on relevant
experience and performance
