Due to the expanding operations in Russia and CIS, a multinational
manufacturer of innovative pharmaceuticals is looking to fill in the
following vacancies.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (advanced position)
2. CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (entry level position)

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of the distribution systems in Russia and CIS
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Process customer contracts, orders and payments
- Control and report on stocks, sales and trade receivables
- Supervise warehousing, transportation and import/export operations
- Develop departmental procedures, reporting and IRP systems

Job requirements:
- Customer service attitude
- Attention to detail
- Good command of English
- University degree
- Age 22 - 35
- Previous experience is a plus (for both positions) but not essential

Both positions are based in Moscow. Business travel of 2 - 3 times per year
may be required.
