AIG Life Russia is seeking a Junior Executive for Accident and Health (A&H) Profit Center

 

Job summary:
 

·         Responsible for supporting growth of top and bottom line of A&H profit center within a fast growing company.  

·         Support profit center manager in sales and marketing aspects of A&H business activities, including but not limited to: Growth-oriented management of sales through existing channels of distribution and development of new channels of distribution and sales opportunities; development of training, sales and marketing materials.

 

Job responsibilities:

 

·         Growth-oriented management of sales through existing channels of distribution (Agency, Multi-Agents, Group and Financial Institutions)

·         Participation in development and introduction of the new channel-specific products

·         Cooperation with Training Department in development of training materials and coordination of A&H training projects.

·         Participation in development and implementation of A&H motivational and promotional activities.

 

Job qualifications: 

 

·         Advanced Degree in Economics, Business or Insurance

·         Fluent English is a must

·         Sales experience preferable

·         High energy, leadership skills

·        Good oral and written communication skills

·        Fast learner

·         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
