  b.. Cooperation with foreign suppliers and their local distributors;
  c.. Preparation of lease transactions for internal approvals
  d.. Experience of cooperation with car dealers

Administration of lease contracts
Requirements:

  a.. Check contracts for consistency with approval
  b.. Entry and update of contract parameters into leasing administration
software / files
  c.. Checking of conditions precedent fulfillment
  d.. Monitoring of repayments of outgoing invoices
  e.. Approval of incoming invoices (in connection with leases) with project
manager / management and transfer to Bank Agent or accounting department for
payment
  f.. Calculation of final lease payment schedules
  g.. Monitoring of interest base rate changes
  h.. Recalculations of leasing contracts
  i.. Calculation, approval and invoicing of penalties
  j.. Invoicing of reimbursed costs
  k.. Contact and Correspondence to Lessees concerning to the activated
Leases


Administration of related contracts
Requirements:

  a.. Purchase contracts:
  b.. Monitor suppliers' and lessor's obligations (delivery and payment
terms)
  c.. Calculation, approval and invoicing of penalties
  d.. Insurance contracts:
  e.. Monitor validity of insurance and take care of timely extension
(payment of premium)


Administration of loan agreements
Requirements:

  a.. Currency control
  b.. Checking of conditions precedent fulfillment
  c.. Drawdowns
  d.. Repayments
  e.. Invoicing of activated contracts
  f.. Export of data from leasing administration software
  g.. Other tasks/special functions assigned by management
