Comparative Accounting: This course covers advanced topics such as Leasing, Valuations, Consolidated Financial Statements, Foreign Currency Transactions and Translation. Corporate Finance: This course is an introduction to allocation of capital over time, capital budgeting, financial management and other topics using basic mathematical models. Thursdays 7 pm to 10 pm, Konstantin Kontor International Finance and Risk Management: This course discusses the priciples of international finance (economics of the international environment, purchasing power parity, and sources of risk in the international financial markets) and the theoretical background on which the practices of operation of the international financial markets are based. Tuesdays 7 pm to 10 pm, Konstantin Kontor, Professor. New! Business Planning in the Russian Environment: This course is not only NEW at AIBEc. It is a prototype of the long-prepared format of Field Study ? a standard and mandatory course at all business schools. In a Field Study the students in a group analyze a real project at a real company. Class sessions will be arranged at a special flexible schedule. Special assistance in the preparation of the business plan will be provided. For best performers, the course may be credited as AIBEc?s mandatory course at the ultimate discretion of the instructor.
